At Ellivare, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition

  • Include original packaging

  • Not be damaged by misuse or improper handling

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care and beauty products that have been opened or used

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
